About This Event

The conference consists of pre-circulated papers that will be framed by brief opening remarks from each speaker, with discussion to follow. Each session will allow for 15 minutes per paper including short framing remarks and Q&A related to the theme of the paper. Speakers should limit their formal remarks to 5 minutes, to allow for 10 minutes of discussion. There are 30 minutes at the end of each session for general discussion. At the end of Day 1, we have 45 minutes for general discussion. On Day 2, we ask our commentators to organize their thoughts for the session they moderated, and to comment on those projects individually and in relation to each other. We conclude the event with some thoughts about next steps in the generation of a publication about property, where the conveners imagine themselves as editors of a book or journal special number. These discussions will be continued at SAH Virtual (September 2023) and at a final meeting (virtual) around the end of the year.
