Mini-seminar with Chris Foster, China Division Librarian at the Library of Congress

About This Event

Dr. Foster will explore East Asian materials held in the Special Collections Research Center, Syracuse University Libraries with the members of the working group as well as invited librarians, curators, faculty, and students from Syracuse University and the University of Rochester. The attendees will engage directly with lesser-known East Asian collections at SU in an effort to spur ideas for curricular connections, interdisciplinary engagement, and increased artifactual literacy as well as participate in a facilitated conversation around how to make East Asian collections more accessible to library patrons, researchers and students.
