Dialogue: Military Veterans: Stories of Diverse Communities

About This Event

This virtual event is part of a year-long working group and Dialogue series, entitled Military Veterans’ Stories of Belonging, Transition, and Higher Education: Bridging the Civilian-Military Divide. The Dialogue series is a collaboration between corridor partners Syracuse University, Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) and Le Moyne College. Throughout the academic year, we will convene six Dialogues, about military veterans in higher education—with emphasis on student voices, journeys, and faculty and practitioner expertise on veterans' issues. Our focus this month is on Military Veterans: Stories of Diverse Communities Serving. We will focus on opportunities to leverage the diversity of the Armed Services community as individuals transition to civilian life.
