Chef’s Sephardic Table: History and Flavor of the Mediterranean, Talk and Taste


About This Event

Dr. Piner will be presenting on several medieval and premodern Mediterranean Sephardic dishes from her scholarship and cookbooks. In tandem with her presentation, she will be preparing and serving 9 dishes, and explain the significance and histories of each of the dishes.
