7th Annual CNY Moral Psychology Workshop
About This Event
The CNY Moral Psychology Workshop is an opportunity for philosophers to present papers-in-progress and to receive useful feedback on their work. Its goal is to bring together those interested in moral psychology for fruitful interaction and discussion. This year's papers are the following:
- Zachary Barber (University of Rochester) "Neuroplasticity, Mindfulness, and Virtue"
- Sherry Kao (Georgetown) "The Normativity of Aspiration and Hope"
- Michael Milhim (Cornell) "The Harm Effect: A Problem for Theories of Harm"
- Michelle Dyke (Tufts) "Do We Blame AI? Implications for the Debate Over Epistemic and Moral Blame"
- Lorraine Besser (Middlebury) will deliver the keynote address entitled, "The Phenomenology of Well-Being."
