Collaborative Goals

We are history scholars who are working across four distinct regions of South Asia: Kashmir, Gujarat, Bengal and Maharashtra, while also attentive to their links to global intellectual and economic networks. As organizing members of the Working Group, we plan to meet six times, three online and three in-person, each focused on preparation of our manuscripts, and producing monographs that significantly contribute towards the study of our region. The in-person event will be open to interested students and faculty so that the book manuscript preparation process is demystified.
