Beyond the Basics of Museum and Archives Internships: Visioning
About This Event
This event is the culmination of a year of activity focusing on conversation. Building upon our previous two sessions, and their keynotes, our goal is to provide practical advice, and a call to action, rather than mere discussion about internships.
Our goal is to create a rough draft of our "Internship Readiness Toolkit" aimed at three audiences: students seeking museum, library, and archive internships; host institutions; and universities and colleges with museum studies/library and archive courses and programs requiring or encouraging internships.
Because of the nature of our conversations and collaborations, this is an in-person only event. Materials from previous sessions will be provided in advance of the workshop, so please register through Eventbrite to receive these materials. We look forward to seeing you in Seneca Falls!
