I am a rare book curator with a PhD in medieval studies. Having worked with private rare book collectors and antiquarian booksellers, I currently serve as the curator of pre-20th-century special collection materials at the Special Collections Research Center, Syracuse University Libraries. My research interests span cross-cultural exchanges within the field of book history, the global Middle Ages, pre-modern medicine, and the intersection between early modern ideas about nationhood and typography.
